1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or using the mnl888 platform in any capacity, you ("the Player," "you," "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules and promotional terms published on mnl888.app.

mnl888 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend any account at any time if eligibility requirements are found to be unmet, whether at the time of registration or subsequently.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active mnl888 account at any given time. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balances and bonuses associated with the additional accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and at all times thereafter. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and residential address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

mnl888 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above a minimum threshold and before granting access to certain promotional offers. Acceptable identification documents include:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• Philippine Passport
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Social Security System (SSS) ID

3.4 Account Security

4. Deposits & Payments

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction via GCash and Maya. Minimum amounts for other payment methods are displayed at the point of transaction. mnl888 does not charge deposit fees for standard Philippine payment methods; however, your payment provider's own terms may apply.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the mnl888 platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies (e.g., USDT) will be converted to PHP at the prevailing rate displayed at the time of transaction.

4.4 Player Funds

Deposited funds are credited to your mnl888 wallet and are available for wagering immediately upon confirmed receipt. You acknowledge that deposited funds are held for gaming purposes and are not interest-bearing. All funds in your account are your property, subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements.

5. Withdrawals

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

Bonuses and promotions offered by mnl888 are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional term, the promotional term shall prevail for that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotional terms, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Unused bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

mnl888 reserves the right to withhold bonus amounts and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where mnl888 reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk wagering strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures.

6.4 No Automatic Entitlement

Participation in any promotion is at mnl888's sole discretion. mnl888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any applicable statutory obligations.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the mnl888 platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JDB, and others. Each game is governed by the specific rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a malfunction of any game or software, mnl888 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund wagers placed during the malfunction period.

Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. mnl888 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are long-term statistical averages determined by game providers and are not a guarantee of individual session results.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mnl888 platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or assisting others to do so

• Exploiting software errors, malfunctions, or loopholes for financial gain

• Transmitting viruses, malware, or any harmful code through the platform
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening mnl888 staff or other users

9. Responsible Gaming

• Session Time Alerts: Configure reminders at specified session durations.

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the mnl888 platform without prior written consent from mnl888.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mnl888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the mnl888 platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

mnl888's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your mnl888 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mnl888 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and force majeure events may temporarily affect platform availability without liability to mnl888.

12. Privacy

mnl888 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the mnl888 platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. mnl888 does not sell personal data to third parties.

13. Amendments to These Terms

mnl888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where changes are required by law or regulatory mandate, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the mnl888 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to mnl888 customer support for resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall limit any statutory rights you may have under Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulations.
